The All-New Mercedes-Maybach S 680 Haute Voiture Is A True Show-Stopper

Mercedes-Maybach has unveiled its newest limited edition vehicle, which takes design cues from the world of haute couture. Only 150 of the luxurious "Haute Voiture" automobiles will be manufactured.

"The intricate features and exclusive design elements are what make the Mercedes-Maybach S-Class Haute Voiture one of the most extravagant models we've ever created—it represents sophisticated luxury in its purest form," remarked Gorden Wagner, Mercedes’ chief design officer.

The new model, which is based on the Maybach S 680, is distinguished by its two-tone paint job. The upper parts of the vehicles will all be painted a nautical metallic blue, while the bottom parts will be painted a rosy color. The wheels, which are painted the same blue as the body, round off the look.

This color scheme is carried over inside, joined by gold and beige to highlight the vehicle's haute couture theme. The main focus of the inside is a high-quality blue and gold bouclé cloth that covers the trim. Guests are greeted with pristine white leather on the seats, center consoles, and doors. The MBUX infotainment system has been revamped for this version, with glittery cloud backgrounds and rose gold highlights.

Buyers of the Mercedes-Maybach S 680 Haute Voiture will also get a custom-made gift box, complete with a scale replica of their vehicle, a key ring, and the badge number, and a unique vehicle cover with the Maybach and Haute Voiture brand names.
