The refreshed 2024 Ford Kuga is getting ready for its UK debut, bringing with it exciting updates that promise a more enhanced driving experience. One major change is the introduction of Ford’s Sync4 infotainment system, featuring a 13.2-inch touchscreen with double the computing power of the previous Sync3.

The system supports wireless Apple CarPlay, Android Auto connectivity, and Amazon’s Alexa voice assistant.

Physical climate controls are now on the touchscreen, and other controls have been neatly repositioned, creating a streamlined center console. Under the hood, the facelifted Kuga introduces a new four-wheel-drive hybrid powertrain.

Boasting 180 bhp and a quicker 0-62mph time of 8.3 seconds, the 2024 Ford Kuga is a noteworthy addition to the family SUV's lineup. Other engine options have seen improvements in fuel economy and CO2 emissions, with the 1.5-liter Ecoboost and front-wheel-drive hybrid both showing a 2 mpg boost.

Ford is putting an emphasis on the Kuga’s towing capabilities, claiming a best-in-class capacity of 2100kg. The introduction of new sat-nav functionality also allows drivers to input their car and trailer dimensions for route planning, steering clear of tight turns and low bridges.
