The Much-anticipated electric SUV of the US manufacturer of EV's, Tesla Motors, officially started on the internet. The new Tesla Model X was revealed to the public in a special event at its factory in Freemont California.

From what you can see, the SUV is identified perfectly with the design that we've become accustomed to seeing the Tesla Model S. Of the same forms of the body with gentle and curved rooflines to the back, have secured to the new Model X an aerodynamic coefficient of 0.24, but not without the help of an active spoiler that can change its position on the fly, thus contributing to better optimize the airflow when the car is moving.

A distinctive and probably one that will stay as a benchmark in the segment, are the side of the doors of Falcon Wings, these facilitating the lounge access, even in the third row of seats, that even if the parking space is somewhat limited. Speaking about the third row of seats it hosts two passengers, while the second row can be configured for a maximum of two or three passengers.

As for the engines, we already know that just talking about electric motors. And the standard version 90D, the Model X is equipped with two such engines, both capable of delivering about 259 hp each. The batteries provide a range of up to 414 km away and the first hundred can be achieved in 4.8 seconds.

The top P90D and this is something stronger because it uses a 259 horsepower engine and another one of 503 and so combined the sprint from zero to 100 km/h can be made in only 3.8 seconds. Moreover, if the opt for the upgrade, known as Mode ludicrous, that exercise can be performed in just 3.2 seconds.
