Tesla Model S Plaid carbon-ceramic braking upgrade is now advertised by the company. The expansion to the range might alleviate performance issues expressed by customers looking at the high-performance version.

The package comprises 6-piston calipers in the front and 4-piston calipers in the back, as well as 410 mm (16.1 inches) carbon-silicon carbide front and rear rotors. High-performance brake pads and a container of high-temperature brake fluid are also included.
