Suzuki Jimny's Previous Generation Has Been Phased Out In Brazil

The Suzuki Jimny's third generation was first released in 1997. The off-roader was still in production in most regions of the world until 2018. Suzuki, on the other hand, continued to produce the old model in Brazil. Finally, the model's manufacturing in Brazil has come to an end.

New requirements necessitated costly changes to the outdated 1.3-liter engine and the integration of contemporary electrical systems, resulting in the termination of local manufacture. Up until the arrival of new imported vehicles in 2023, the new Jimny Sierra will be the sole model available locally.
