At the Barrett-Jackson auction in Scottsdale, Arizona, the Hennessey Venom GT Spyder owned by Steven Tyler has changed its owner for $800,000.
This amount of money made after the auction will be added to Tyler's Janie's Fund charity. This fund is created for abused girls from the USA. The winning bidder received not just the extraordinary car, but also a guitar autographed by every member of the Aerosmith band, as well as a one-week vacation in Maui.

The expensive Hennessey Venom GT Spyder model is one of the 12 ever manufactured cars and it competes with Bugatti Veyron from the powertrain's point of view. The car is equipped with a 7.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine, delivering 1,244 hp and 1,155 lb-ft (1,566 Nm) torque with a 6-speed manual gearbox.

This car can reach 60 mph (96 km/h) in just 2.7 seconds and 100 mph (161 km/h) in 5.6 seconds. Its top speed is 270.49 mph (435 km/h) - achieved figures at the Kennedy Space Center in 2014. If we talk about a quarter-mile, it can reach it in 9.92 seconds at 163 mph (262 km/h). Besides that, Venom GT has set a Guinness World Record thanks to its 0 to 300 km/h (186 mph) acceleration time of 13.63 seconds.
