In 2025, Skoda will introduce its new entry-level electric vehicle, the Epiq. During Skoda's 2024 Annual Press Conference, the firm unveiled the new model and discussed its financial results and future strategies. It claims to have a range of more than 250 miles and starts at €25,000 (about $27,300).

With its modern stylistic cues and that unique LED lighting signature, the Skoda Epiq embodies the brand's most recent Modern Solid design language.

The Skoda Epiq may be small in stature, but the carmaker promises an epic amount of space inside. In addition to the roomy cabin that can accommodate five people, there is a large boot that can hold 17.3 cubic feet of cargo.

Meanwhile, the minimalist interior has a small digital instrument cluster and a huge freestanding infotainment display. The ultra-slim temperature vents, the stylish two-spoke steering wheel with integrated buttons, the mobile digital key, and the wireless charging storage box beneath a cluster of physical buttons on the center console are among the other prominent features.

Skoda has also verified that the new EV will be able to charge in both directions. With this feature, homeowners may run their appliances and electronics on battery power. The Skoda Epiq, together with the VW ID.2 and Cupra Raval, will be manufactured at the VW Group facility in Pamplona, Spain, beginning in 2025. As expected, the powertrain and battery choices for all three subcompact EVs will be identical, and they will all use a new version of the MEB architecture.
