This stunning silver Bugatti Centodieci has just left the assembly line. Still, Steve Jenny, the test driver for Bugatti, had to provide his stamp of approval first.

Jenny has logged more than 217,000 miles in a variety of Bugatti models, including the Veyron, Chiron, Divo, Centodieci, and the one-off La Voiture Noire, in his role as the company's senior test driver. He is responsible for making sure every Bugatti performs as expected and is defect-free.

He has worked with Bugatti for a while and has driven almost 800 of their cars. Jenny put this Centodieci, painted in Bugatti's signature EB110 Argent, through its paces on the standard 5-hour, 186-mile round trip through Molsheim, the home of the company.

To simulate real-world situations that clients may face, the route incorporates winding mountain roads, the autoroute, and slow drives through Alsatian villages. The Bugatti test driver is responsible for finding even minute differences in the 10 Bugatti Centodieci models being prepared for mass production.

Moreover, the Centodieci undergoes several tests at a nearby airport's runway in addition to road testing. This category includes maneuvers like slaloms at high speeds, switching lanes in an emergency, and stopping suddenly. Jenny examines the unique details and materials used to create each Centodieci as well.

Jenny explained, "There is no compromise in the creation of a Bugatti, especially one as rare and unique as the Centodieci." He continued, "Since only 10 will ever be created, the opportunities to drive such an extraordinary car are so rare that we must redouble our attention during the final drive. Ensuring consistent perfection across each Centodieci, and every Bugatti is extremely important."
