Scorpion — A Russian Hoverbike That Makes Fun Extremely Mobile!

Scorpion is the creation of a San-Francisco-based company, with Russian connections, that resembles the Return of the Jedi speeder bikes that everybody loved!
The one-seat aircraft allows the rider to fly and change altitude and direction very easily. The video below shows how the four high-speed rotors enable the bike to function like a human-piloted aircraft or a radio-controlled drone.
Although the test-drives seem a little bit unsure and difficult, we're sure that there's nothing that a little more work and research cannot solve. Scorpion is the flying version of an adventure bike. Hoversurf has expressed its intentions of developing platforms that could be used for geological explorations, air-taxis, and rescue or evacuation operations.
As for cargo drones, there is already one version developed, able to lift an object of up to 5.500 pounds. This may be the beginning of a new era in the aviation domain.
