Rimac Nevera R Founder’s Edition Is Limited To Just 10 Cars

The Rimac Nevera R already sits in a tiny corner of the hypercar world. Only forty people on the planet get one. Rimac looked at that number and basically said, “Cool, but let’s go even crazier.” Meet the Nevera R Founder’s Edition. Ten cars. Ten owners. That is it.

This version plays a different game. Buying one feels less like purchasing a car and more like joining a private club with a very fast entrance fee. Owners step straight into Rimac’s inner circle. They sit in on strategy talks, peek at future cars before anyone else, and show up in person when Rimac goes chasing records. Front row seats. No velvet rope.

Production begins in Croatia at Rimac’s Zagreb headquarters. Owners are personally welcomed by Mate Rimac and designer chief Frank Heyl. Mate and Frank built the car together according to the owner’s preferences. Colors, materials, and finishes. You watch all this happen on screen until everything looks good to you. The process at this stage is more reminiscent of a video game character creator than an automotive ordering process.

On the exterior, the Founder’s Edition stands out quietly but confidently, with a two-tone paint. Super thin stripes running over the hood, roof, and rear wing, styled like circuit boards. Small details matter here. The front fenders carry a Founder’s Edition badge with Mate Rimac’s initials. Owners even choose hand-painted touches if they feel creative that day.

Inside, the cabin keeps things personal. The seat layout mirrors Mate Rimac’s own car. Leather stitching is done by hand. Almost every surface invites customization. The doors feature stitched dates from Rimac’s story. The headrests carry MR initials. A small badge between the seats makes it clear this car is part of a very exclusive group.

Power stays exactly as wild as before. Four electric motors push out a combined 2,107 horsepower. Earlier this year, the Nevera R smashed records, hitting 62 mph in just 1.72 seconds and then reaching a top speed of 268.2 mph. Numbers like that still sound fake, even when they come with data.

Of course, the true value is much more than just straight-line speed. Founder’s Edition owners get long-term access to the brand itself, including invitations to behind-closed-doors previews, access to a company pass that will open doors at Bugatti Rimac headquarters, and seat time with professional test drivers who will demonstrate how to really use all that power.

Oh, and to top it off, Mate Rimac will personally hand over the keys once each car is completed, and that moment likely hits hard in the best possible way.

Rimac is not sharing price details. The regular Nevera R already lives deep in multi-million territory. The Founder’s Edition sits even higher, and the people lining up for it already know exactly what kind of money that means.

Mate Rimac kept it straightforward. These cars exist because a few people believed early on. The Founder’s Edition is his way of saying thanks. Huge performance, insider access, and a close-up look at what Rimac builds next.
