At the heart of the Pacific Blue Edition is the two-door Defender 90, powered by the D250 powertrain. This means a robust 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged Ingenium six-cylinder diesel engine, delivering a punchy 183 kW (245 hp) and a hefty 570 Nm (420 lb-ft) of torque. While the engine might be familiar to Defender enthusiasts, it's the design details that make the Pacific Blue Edition truly special.

Each of these limited-edition Defenders boasts a striking matte Pacific Blue exterior, beautifully offset by a white roof and sleek black roof rails.

This off-roader isn't just about looks; it's practical too, with a sliding panoramic glass roof, privacy glass, sturdy 18-inch steel wheels, and all-terrain tires ready for any adventure.

Inside, the Defender Pacific Blue Edition continues to impress. The cabin is adorned with white contrasting elements on the steering wheel and door panels, luxurious Ebony 12-way grained leather heated semi-powered front seats, and an upgraded Meridian Sound System.

Land Rover unveiled this special edition during the week-long Defender Experience in Byron Bay, a gathering for Defender owners in the coastal town. Starting at AU$129,976, the first deliveries of this surf-inspired Defender are set to roll out from May 2024.
