RCZ R - the most powerful Peugeot series in the company history

Peugeot RCZ receives one more R in its name and becomes the most powerful production model of the company with an engine developing a maximum power of 270 hp. The new Peugeot RCZ R will be presented at the Festival of Speed at Goodwood, it will be officially launched at the Frankfurt Motor Show. The engine 1.6 THP of Peugeot RCZ R boasts that it emits just 145 grams CO2 per kilometer, which becomes remarkably little against the power developed. On the performance plan, the French announced that the new Peugeot model accelerates from 0 to 100 kmph in less than six seconds and managed to be the most powerful and lighter version than RCZ of 200 HP with 17 kilograms. The French were not limited only to the motor and made modifications to the rear spoiler, the ground clearance and proposed the standard 19-inch alloy wheels, also a navigation system and other treats. Peugeot will offer the RCZ R only four shades of color: Moroccan Red Nera Black, Mercury Grey and Opal White, but this model can be customized due to other possibilities, such items as carbon fiber roof, stickers for bodies and colored caps for the side mirrors.
