Ram has just unveiled the 1500 TRX Sandblast Edition. The Sandblast Edition is built on the world's most capable mass-produced truck and boasts a distinctive Mojave Sand bodywork with TRX logos. Also seen are black 18-inch wheels covered in 35-inch Goodyear Wrangler Territory all-terrain tires.

A spray-in bed liner, cargo tie-downs, and a bed step are all included in the truck's features. When we step inside, we see black leather seats with white piping and TRX stitched on the backrests. A flat-bottomed steering wheel, carbon-fiber trim, and a distinctive center console logo are all part of the design.

The TRX Level 2 Equipment Group also includes a heated steering wheel, heated and ventilated seats, and a 19-speaker Harman Kardon sound system. A digital rearview mirror, a head-up display, and a wireless smartphone charger accompany them.

In addition, the vehicle is equipped with adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assistance, and a pedestrian emergency braking system. The TRX, on the other hand, is noteworthy for its supercharged 6.2-liter V8 engine, which produces 702 horsepower and 650 lb-ft of torque.

It is paired with a standard eight-speed automatic gearbox and four-wheel-drive system. Because of this, the truck can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 4.5 seconds, complete a quarter-mile in 12.9 seconds at 108 mph, and reach a maximum speed of 118 mph.

Starting at $98,285 (plus a $1,795 delivery fee), the new 2022 Ram 1500 TRX Sandblast Edition will be available in the following weeks.
