Polestar Volvo S90 And V90 Models Get Some Hybrid Power
by AllAutoExperts | 17 April, 2020
Polestar Volvo S90 and V90 will receive extra hybrid powertrain. Once the models enhance the electrified powertrains, they will debut in 2018.
The decision of choosing hybrid power for its models might be related to the fact that Volvo wants to make them different from Mercedes-AMG, Audi Sport, and BMW M.

The managing director of Volvo in the UK, Jon Wakefield, has stated that Polestar will be a mind-blowing model on the automotive market. Even if he has mentioned that it will be something very exciting, there aren't any other details available for now.

Everybody thinks Polestar's staff will use the T8 hybrid system, like in lots of other Volvo models. In case they do use this system, they will have to double the powertrain, provided that they really want to compete with the new all-wheel-drive M5, presumed to deliver around 600 hp.
