Only Three BMW X7 Nishijin Edition Vehicles Will Be Developed In Japan

For the Japanese market, BMW has just released a new special edition, called BMW X7 Nishijin Edition. This BMW Individual color is known as Ametrine, and it adorns the outside of the X7 Nishijin Edition. It is developed by combining existing BMW hues of Amethyst and Citrine.

It has created a distinctive shade of purple that is instantly recognizable as a BMW X7 Nishijin Edition. This is just as distinctive inside. This traditional textile is called Nishijin-ori, and it is made in the Nishijin neighborhood of Kamigyō-ku in Kyoto.

While noting that, the cottage is drenched in this distinct textile pattern. Gold-colored accents are inlaid on the headliner, center console, and dash of the BMW X7 Nishijin edition. You will also find the cloth on the key, which is handmade. At a special event in Aoyama, Tokyo, BMW debuted the X7 on September 21.

You will only get three examples to start, all of which have a base price of ¥16.8 million (about $153,000). Built on the 40d xDrive model, the BMW X7 Nishijin Edition is the X7 with better touring capabilities. The three-liter turbodiesel six-cylinder engine cranks out 335-hp and 516 lb-ft of torque at a constant 4,400 rpm.
