New Photos Of Range Rover Velar

Range Rover Velar has been unveiled through a new set of pictures, uploaded right before the grand premiere at the Geneva Auto Show.
The new sportive SUV is set to fill the gap between Range Rover Evoque and Range Rover Sport. Thus, the new Velar will compete directly with Porsche Macan, Mercedes-Benz GLC Coupe, BMW X4, and even X6.
The new pictures come to complete the teaser photo that was launched last week. You will easily notice the similarities with the current Range Rover models, including Evoque and Sport. Nevertheless, the lines are smoother and rounder, while the roof has become more rakish.
The interior has been created in compliance with the rest of the Range Rover models. Two ultra-wide touchscreens deliver information on the car's performances and also provide direct access to the infotainment system.
Velar is built in the same platform used in Jaguar F-Pace - IQ, with a V6 engine onboard and, probably, a V8 unit set to join the range.
