Harley-Davidson has launched its new motorcycle that is definitely not a cruiser. The model has a 27-degree fork rake is called Harley-Davidson Street Rod and it is equipped with the same 750-cc liquid-cooled V-twin unit used in Street 750. It is mainly created for urban areas.
According to the Harley-Davidson Chief Engineer Mathew Weber, this is an eye-catching model. It features sharp handling, gas-flowed heads, hot cams, a higher redline, and more compression. It is also pretty aggressive.

It has been mentioned that there will be 8-10 % more torque and 18-20 % more hp. There aren't any official details yet, but we might presume around 68 hp (51 kW) at peak (8,750 rpm) and 47 lb-ft (64 Nm) torque at 4,000 r/m.

Street Rod is equipped with a speed screen, perforated rear mudguard, blacked-out forks and triple clamps, indicators, a new tail section, dual front discs, 17-inch wheels, and LED taillight.

The model has also got new dual 42-mm throttle bodies, new four-valve cylinder heads, a bigger volume airbox, a higher-volume exhaust muffler, and high-lift camshafts. The compression ratio has improved from 11.0:1 to 12.0:1 and the redline - from 8,000 to 9,000 r/m.

According to Harley, the lean angle has been enhanced to 37.3 degrees on the left and 40.2 degrees on the right and the 27-degree fork rake will provide more agile steering. The seat height has been changed to 765 mm (30.1 inches).

Harley-Davidson Street Rod features Michelin Scorcher 21 radial tires and rim sizes for the front feature 120/70 R17V and 160/60 R17V rear. It has also got TWO 300-mm discs up front and a single disc at the rear.
