New DS7 Crossback Mid-Size SUV Was Surprisingly Spotted On The Streets

A month after a prototype winter testing, some pictures of a new mid-size SUV from Citroen's DS luxury brand on the streets went viral. The license plate of the car seems to say DS7 Crossback.
It is considered to be the first SUV sold in Europe coming from this carmaker. Its rivals are Audi Q5 and BMW X4.
The following images prove that the exterior design is quite different from a regular model of the company. The car features sharp new headlights, independent round fog lights, and LED daytime running lights.
The new DS model will be equipped with an EMP2 platform from PSA. It will also be provided with a plug-in hybrid powertrain and a 1.5-liter diesel able to deliver 130 hp. The petrol range will be later provided with a 240 hp performance model.
According to these pictures, we might not be wrong assuming that this DS SUV will also be at the Geneva Motor Show.
