More Power And New Technology Are Coming To The 2023 Suzuki Swace

Given that the Suzuki Swace is fundamentally the same car as the Toyota Corolla Touring Sports under a different name, it is not surprising that the model is receiving an overhaul in the wake of the Corolla's recent refresh.

The vehicle's hybrid engine has been upgraded, new LEDs have been added, and there is additional technology inside. The biggest upgrade is a boost of 18 horsepower for the 1.8-liter hybrid system's self-charging technology, bringing the total output to 138 horsepower.

An electronic continuously variable transmission is responsible for delivering the engine's output to the front wheels. With the extra muscle, the model can now sprint from 0-62 mph in 9.4 seconds while maintaining a peak speed of 112 mph. Suzuki Swace's external updates are imperceptible at first glance.

You can, however, see the new chrome trim along the bumper's bottom half and the reworked LED graphics for the headlights. The Swace's cabin has been upgraded with a new 8-inch touchscreen for the infotainment system and a digital instrument cluster with a 7-inch display and more refined graphics.

There are two distinct Swace variations on sale. The digital cockpit, heated seats, auto temperature control, 16-inch alloy wheels, LED taillights, and an extensive ADAS package are all included on the basic model. In addition to the standard features, the top-tier trim raises the bar with advanced ADAS, including all-speed Dynamic Radar Cruise Control and a Blind Spot Monitoring System with Safe Exit Assist, as well as bi-LED headlights, a wireless charging pad, and ambient lighting.
