Mitsubishi Grand Lancer Goes To China

Soon after several images of the new Mitsubishi Grand Lancer have been leaked, the model was officially presented. The car is meant for the Chinese and other Asian markets.
The frontend includes the car maker's Dynamic Shield grille, featuring chrome details around the grille. The lateral profile has two bold lines running from the front of the car to the rear wheel arch. The taillights have now a unique shape, while the silver and black alloys reach the size of 18 inch.
The interior has also been upgraded, with an optional digital instrument cluster and a new 8-inch infotainment system.
The customers will get one single powertrain option - the 1.8-liter SOHC MIVEC 4-cylinder engine, delivering 140 hp to the rear wheels, through an upgraded CVT.
