Mercedes-Benz A45 AMG is officially the most powerful hot hatch of the series!

As they promised, Mercedes-Benz A45 AMG 4MATIC was launched with a new facelift. It comes with extra horsepower that makes it the hottest hatchback of the moment!
The compact uses the services of the same four-cylinder powerplant and 2000 cc volume, only now it already develops 381 horsepower and 475 Nm of torque, 21 hp more. The new A45 AMG endangers the supremacy of Audi RS3.
The additional horsepower enables acceleration from zero to the first hundred in just 4.2 seconds, being 0.1 seconds faster than his rival RS3. Top speed, however, remained unchanged, being limited to 250 km / h. These results are contributed to a transmission with seven gears and double-clutch, revised suspension, and limited-slip differential, and electronic lock.
Regarding the external appearance of the car, Mercedes-Benz designers have intervened with small changes in the aerodynamic profile of A45 AMG, giving it more confidence. The hatchback got newly redesigned bumpers, modified rear diffuser which now houses a four-port exhaust system, and a spoiler installed on the tailgate.
