Mercedes-AMG Sends Off CLA 45 S With Yellow Accents, Aero Kit, And 416 HP

Mercedes-AMG is giving the outgoing CLA 45 S a proper sendoff with a bold and limited-run Final Edition. With the next-gen CLA already on the horizon, this version wraps up the current model’s run with a bit more attitude and flair.
On the outside, the Mercedes-AMG CLA 45 S Final Edition is instantly recognizable. It wears a sleek Manufaktur Mountain Grey Magno paint job, accented by sharp black and yellow graphics on the doors and mirrors. That color combo continues on the 19-inch forged wheels, where yellow details pop against a matte black finish.
The Mercedes-AMG CLA 45 S Final Edition also comes fully loaded with the AMG Night Plus and Aerodynamics Plus packages. That means you get gloss black and black chrome trim, a fixed rear spoiler, a more aggressive front splitter, and sporty little flics on the bumper for added drama and downforce.
Inside, the sporty theme keeps rolling. The AMG Performance seats are wrapped in black MB-Tex and microfiber, with bright yellow stitching and “45 S” embroidery on the headrests. The same stitching can be found on the AMG floor mats, while the flat-bottom AMG steering wheel mixes Nappa leather and microfiber for that premium race-ready feel. A “Final Edition” badge on the center console makes sure you know you’re in something special.
Under the hood, the Mercedes-AMG CLA 45 S Final Edition sticks with the same potent turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine. It pumps out 416 horsepower and 369 lb-ft of torque, delivering that power through an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission and AMG’s trick 4MATIC+ all-wheel-drive system. The result? A 0 to 60 mph sprint in just 4 seconds and a top speed of 155 mph. In Europe, there’s even an option to raise that to 168 mph.
Mercedes hasn’t revealed pricing yet, but this special CLA will be available in limited numbers in both the US and Europe. Buyers across the pond will also have the option to go for a wagon variant and even choose a stealthy Night Black finish.
