Mitsubishi's Triton truck, also know as L200 , has entered its sixth generation. For the first time in nine years, this model has been redesigned.

Prepare to be amazed by its cutting-edge ladder frame chassis, revolutionary suspension system, and an awe-inspiring, turbocharged diesel engine that will leave you breathless. The flagship Mitsubishi Triton has a grille that is both bigger and colored to match the car's body.

There are more pronounced contours in the body, and the LED taillights in the back are now larger. Buyers will be delighted to discover that the interior features an infotainment display sourced from the Outlander, with a screen positioned between the analog instruments. The aircraft-style controls and soft-padded materials on the touch points enhance the overall experience.

Additionally, the front seats have been designed to provide increased comfort. Included drive modes are Normal, Eco, Gravel, Snow, Mud, Sand, and Rock. And these are just a few of the treats available. There are three power options available for the 2.4-liter, four-cylinder diesel engine.

The base engine generates 148 horsepower and 243 pound-feet of torque. The mid-spec engine produces 181 horsepower and 317 pound-feet of torque. Lastly, the high-output version delivers 201 horsepower and 347 pound-feet of torque. The Mitsubishi Triton's redesigned ladder-frame chassis improves on the previous design by 40% in bending rigidity and 60% in torsional rigidity.
