Meet The 1,020 Hp Electric Artega Scalo Superelletra

We are about to witness a spectacular revival after a sad bankruptcy in July 2012, of the German automaker Artega Automobil GmbH & Co. The formerly known KG concept has been rethought and revised and now comes with a new name - Artega Scalo Superelletra.
The concept will be equipped with two electric motors located at the front axle and the other two in the back. They will be able to produce 1,020 hp (750 kW). There are not any official details regarding the torque, but according to the news, it would be around 1,620 Nm (1,194 lb-ft).
Theoretically, Artega will be able to reach 62 mph (100 km/h) in 2.7 seconds with a top speed of around 186 mph (300 km/h). The model is equipped with a massive lithium-ion battery pack with a 120-kWh capacity.
Artega reports that the production of Scalo Superelletra might begin in the spring of 2019 with a limited number of 50 units. The price might be around £1.3 million (about $1.59 million), but let's better wait for the official numbers.
