Lotus 3-Eleven is the most advanced model the British company has launched!

Lotus is known among car buffs, as a manufacturer of cars of compact dimensions, oriented to pure performance, with a minimalist design and an interior at least spartan.

So far, this is the most expensive and most powerful model ever created by Lotus, and officials say it is an "interpretation of the spirit Lotus". Nicknamed 3-Eleven and it will be built in two versions, the street, and a totally dedicated racing version. The latter weighs only 900 kilograms and can surprise you with an acceleration time from zero to 100km / h in less than three seconds!

This is possible due to the 3.5-liter V6 engine, turbo-aspirated, which develops 450 horsepower and as much torque. It is a gas engine of Toyota provenance and can be traced to the Evora model, only in the 3-Eleven's body, it is able to deliver up to 50 hp more.

3-Eleven Lotus can reach a maximum speed of 280 km / h, and the model approved for use on public roads is able to lead this limit at 290 km / h. The difference between the two is not seen here. If the samples dedicated circuit variant, the car comes equipped with a manual transmission with six speeds, and a limited-slip Torsen differential.

And because only 311 units will be built (hence the name 3-Eleven), beginning February 2016, the price ranges from £ 82,000 for the street version and 115,200 pounds for a racing model!
