Lincoln is giving the Navigator a stylish update for 2025 to reclaim its former glory in the luxury SUV market. The updated Navigator has a bold new grille, slender headlamps, and modernized bodywork that are Nautilus-inspired.

With these changes, Lincoln hopes to close the gap with the Cadillac Escalade and bring the Navigator back into the spotlight.

Integrated roof rails and 22- or 24-inch wheels are available. Even more intriguingly, smooth metal accents have replaced chrome on the bling machine. The new Split Gate at the back is the largest change. According to Lincoln, the top three-quarters raise like a liftgate, and the bottom lowers like a tailgate. This will make loading and unloading easier, as well as provide outside seating. In addition to the Split Gate, the Navigator has more expressive taillights.

They have horizontal components and lighted 3D badging. A 48-inch panoramic display takes up nearly the whole dashboard and maintains the Nautilus-inspired style. It comes with Google connectivity and a smaller 11.1-inch screen.

In addition to displays, the 2025 Navigator sports a two-spoke steering wheel, wood-trimmed center console, and crystal-inspired volume knob. The latter helps control the 28-speaker Revel Ultima 3D audio system. All versions offer heated, vented, and massaging front seats, while the second-row has several choices. There are power-adjustable captain's seats with heating, ventilation, and massage, plus the semi-powered bench. A power-folding third row and Cargo Tailgate Manager are also available.

Speaking of luxury, the Lincoln Rejuvenate offers a “spa on wheels” experience. “The driver’s seat slides rearward, reclines, warms slightly, and massages when activated. The steering wheel rises. Ambient lights, relaxing noises, and a mild aroma permeate the cabin as the center stack and panoramic display display tranquil images.

The classic Waterfall Meditation theme depicts water falling across a panoramic screen. Aurora Borealis and Element themes reflect the Northern Lights and the “classic elements of water, earth, air, and fire.” Everyone may enjoy BlueCruise semi-autonomous driving, but Lincoln Rejuvenate feels excessive. Hands-free highway operation reduces stress for long travels. Lincoln claims the 2025 Navigator has the newest BlueCruise, Lane Change Assist, and in-lane repositioning.

The former allows for lane changes with a turn signal touch, while the latter “helps provide more space by subtly shifting away from vehicles in adjacent lanes.” Following the tech concept, the model has a new Turn Signal View. When the turn signal engages, it projects a camera view of the adjacent lane on the 48-inch panoramic display.

Warm Horizon leather seats and laser-etched birch wood trim are features of Enlighten, which takes inspiration from Sunrise. The espresso flooring creates a striking contrast with the Ebony headliner. There is also an atmospheric theme that draws inspiration from a cloudy day. As a result, the vehicle has Salt Crystal Gray leather, a matching headliner, black carpeting, ash wood trim, and radiant copper accents. For the first time, the Atmospheric has a black label exterior design.

Black Label buyers might choose the Invitation motif, which has Black Onyx leather, Ebony header, and Khaya wood trim. All Black Label variations are well-equipped, regardless of theme. Also included are 30-way Perfect Position front seats, heated and ventilated second-row captain's chairs, a leather-wrapped back console with a wireless smartphone charger, and a heated third-row.

The twin-turbo 3.5-liter V6 produces 440 horsepower and 510 lb-ft of torque. The vehicle comes with a standard four-wheel drive system, a 10-speed automatic gearbox, and a continually regulated damping adaptive suspension. The 2025 Lincoln Navigator and Navigator L are set to arrive next spring, but pricing details will remain under wraps until the official launch.
