Jaguar XJ was discontinued at the end of the 2019 model year after more than 50 years of manufacture. The XF is the automaker's lone surviving sedan since an electric replacement was planned but never materialized. Jaguar's XJ luxury sedan was the most well-known version of the XJ nameplate, but the British carmaker also produced a coupe version of the XJ.

Only roughly 10,500 Mk IIs were produced between 1975 and 1978, making it one of the most sought-after XJs ever. Carlex Design, a Polish design firm, is now reviving the Jaguar XJ Coupe for the 21st century.

The company's new Carlex Jewel series, which focuses on renovating historic automobiles with distinctive interiors, will debut with the bespoke Jaguar XJ Coupe as the first build. Every year, just a few Carlex Jewel automobiles would be produced.

The updated XJ Coupe's inside is filled with high-quality leather and wood, as well as meticulously perfected details. Precious jewels will also be used in other Carlex Jewel creations.

The outside of the modified Jaguar XJ Coupe is coated in British Racing green and has a carbon body package with flared fenders housing enormous wheels, which helps to reduce the car's weight while also giving it a more updated look.

Jaguar XJ

Jaguar XJ Coupe was initially available with a 4.2-liter inline-six or a 5.3-liter V12 engine, but Carlex's version is driven by a 400-horsepower V8. The transmission, brakes, and suspension have all been updated to meet current requirements. Carlex Design's Jaguar XJ Coupe is expected to be produced in extremely restricted numbers.

Because of its rarity and the high quality of its interior, it will be extremely expensive. Carlex promises that additional information regarding the revived XJ Coupe will be released on social media in the near future. So, keep checking.
