Infiniti G35 Coupe Looks Great With A Nissan GT-R Face

Outside the United States, Infiniti G35 Coupe was offered as the Nissan Skyline V35 Coupe. The owner's tenuous link to the Skyline GT-R most likely inspired him to blend design features from two Japanese supercars into one. As an outcome, this G35 now sports front parts from a GT-R R35.

The G35 Coupe debuted in 2002, and it was built on the same basis as the Nissan 350Z. This particular version has undergone substantial changes, rendering it nearly unrecognizable from certain aspects.

Looking to start with the front end, the customer has installed a Nissan GT-R bumper, headlamps, hood, and fenders that are perfectly matched with the whole body. People who see the vehicle in their rear-view mirrors will undoubtedly fall for it, although the general dimensions are clearly distinguishable from the GT-R.

The owner built handmade bolt-on back fenders and side skirt expansions to fit the bigger front tracks. The back of the customized bronze HPE 20-inch wheels is 2 inches wider, and two circular exhaust pipes appear to be significantly larger than the factory ones.

Only the roof, doors, greenhouse, and tightly covered taillights reveal the car's true identity. The proprietor intended to alter the rear-end to resemble a GT-R, but he didn't have time.

A factory VQ35 3.5-liter V6 engine produces 280 horsepower (209 kW / 284 PS) and 366 Nm (270 lb-ft) of torque, with power sent to the back wheels via a 5-speed automatic gearbox with paddle shifters. We don't have any images of the inside, but we've heard it's made entirely of carbon fiber.

While the G35's power is nothing near that of a GT-R, we have to applaud the owner's bodywork, which is, in our opinion, the wildest G35-based build after the outrageous Vaydor G35 kit car.
