For specialized vehicles and LCV conversions, Ineos has introduced a new Grenadier model. Built on the same platform as the current pickup, the Ineos Grenadier Quartermaster Chassis Cab features an exposed ladder frame chassis in the rear, giving aftermarket manufacturers a blank canvas to work with.

In addition to sharing the Quartermaster Pickup's ladder frame chassis and double-cab body style, this vehicle also has a wheelbase that is 12 inches longer than that of the Station Wagon.

With its Chassis Cab body, the Ineos Grenadier can be easily transformed into a variety of vehicles, including flatbed trucks, box vans, emergency services vehicles, and overland campers, thanks to its impressive 7,716 lb towing capacity.

Chosen for the Ineos Grenadier Chassis Cab are turbocharged 3.0-liter six-cylinder diesel or gasoline engines manufactured by BMW, solely paired with a ZF eight-speed automated gearbox. A two-speed transfer case, heavy-duty solid beam axles, and three locking differentials make it unstoppable off-road.

“In the first year since the Grenadier launched, we have already seen a number of specialist conversions, particularly with emergency services such as fire, police, and inshore rescue, so launching the Quartermaster Chassis Cab is a natural step that takes our off-road expertise into many commercial areas that need a class-leading 4X4”, stated George Ratcliffe, Commercial Director at Ineos Automotive.

Prices in the UK will begin at £53,180 ($67,995) before taxes and fees. Located in Hambach, France, the Ineon Grenadier Quartermaster Chassis Cab will be manufactured alongside the Quartermaster pickup and Station Wagon models in what was once the Mercedes plant.
