Hyundai Unveils New, Ultra-Contemporary 2023 Mufasa

Exciting news for car enthusiasts! The highly anticipated 2023 Hyundai Mufasa is set to make its public debut at Auto Shanghai 2023 next week. Ahead of the event, official images of the sleek vehicle have been released, giving us a glimpse of what's to come.

Beijing Hyundai recently took to the popular Chinese social media platform, Weibo, to unveil a strikingly modern design through a series of captivating photos. 

The unique design of the vertical headlights and cylindrical taillights makes this car stand out from the rest. Hyundai has not yet released any information about the vehicle's technical specs. The Mufasa's homologation by China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, however, served as an unofficial announcement of the specs.

According to the document, the carmaker has plans to equip their 2023 Hyundai Mufasa with a 2.0-liter naturally aspirated motor that delivers 160 horsepower and is specifically designed to power the front axle. There are also rumors that the Mufasa may soon be available with a hybrid option, potentially featuring a 48V mild hybrid setup. Sadly, no official confirmation has been made yet.
