Hyundai announced its performance division’s name!

Hyundai outlined today its new model of competition for the 2014 season of the World Rally Championship. The competition model starts on the same day as the announcement on the establishment of a division of Hyundai performance.
Hyundai Performance Division will be called "N", from the first letter of the city where Hyundai is headquartered, Namyang. The first model to be named N is the very competition model, although the Hyundai representatives did not specify whether they will apply the "N" particle to the classical model name, as Volkswagen did in the case of the Polo R WRC or whether they will apply the BMW solution and will put the letter related to the sports division instead of the letter "i" in the name of each model from the range.
The Hyundai Performance Division is designed to obtain additional volumes on all the markets the brand from South Korea activates and promotes the Namyang manufacturer's image. Please note that in 2013 Hyundai has also inaugurated a testing center in Nurburgring which will be strongly involved both in the development of large-sized models and the development of performance models.
