Giamaro Katla Is The V12 Hypercar You’ve Never Heard Of. Until Now.

Say hello to the Giamaro Katla: a new hypercar from Italy that’s coming in hot and loud. Brand-new name, brand-new car, and it’s already out here trying to melt tires and break records. Why? Because under that sleek body is a massive quad-turbo 7.0-liter V12 built entirely in-house.
Depending on which version you get, the Katla throws down either 1,647 horsepower and 1,147 lb-ft of torque or a jaw-dropping 2,127 hp and 1,481 lb-ft. That’s Bugatti-beating territory. Power goes to the rear wheels only, through a limited-slip diff and a 7-speed gearbox. But don’t worry, an 11-speed dual-clutch is in the works.

Visually, it’s just as wild. The Giamaro Katla’s got a sharp, low-slung look with a ventilated hood, floating LED DRLs, and gullwing doors. Big aero tricks are everywhere, including a massive active rear wing that doubles as an air brake and a body shaped to funnel air directly into the mid-mounted V12. Out back, there’s a chunky diffuser and some slick C-shaped taillights.

The Giamaro Katla rolls on staggered 20- and 21-inch wheels wrapped in Bridgestone Potenza Sport tires. Braking duties are handled by 10-piston calipers up front and 4-piston units in the rear, clamping down on massive 16.5-inch carbon-ceramic discs at all four corners.

Inside, it’s more fighter jet than grand tourer. Think aluminum, carbon fiber, and some premium textile weaves for a tech-heavy, driver-first vibe. We also have a flat-bottom steering wheel, a push-button shifter, digital displays, and a pair of snug sport seats: simple, focused, and serious.

The whole thing sits on a carbon fiber monocoque that weighs just 375 lbs, helping keep the total weight at just 3,197 lbs. The weight distribution is 42:58, and it rides on a high-end suspension setup with adjustable dampers and a system that auto-tweaks the ride height for both performance and practicality.

Giamaro hasn’t dropped pricing or production numbers yet.
