The UK-based M-Sport team, which is in charge of Ford's World Rally Championship campaign, showed their Ford Ranger MS-RT pickup and F-Max tractor in Fiesta WRC colors during their most recent race at Ypres Rally in Belgium.

The cars aren't just for show; they play essential responsibilities within the squad, both on and off-event, according to the team. We assume the F-Max is used to carry racecars and their related gear, while the Ranger may be utilized to transport equipment and spare parts.

Both the truck and the tractor are dressed up in a white and blue wrap with teal and green accents, and the insignia of racing partners and sponsors like Pirelli, Sparco, and Castrol are prominently displayed. While the Ford F-Max tractor fails in the sporty department, the MS-RT variation of the Ranger compensates.

Ranger MS-RT is a road-focused variant based on the Wildtrak trim level that is only offered in a few European regions. It is equipped with 20-inch OZ Racing alloy wheels and a revised body kit that includes broader fenders and a sporty bumper with bigger intakes.

Ranger Raptor's biturbo 2.0-liter diesel engine generates 210-hp (157 kW / 213 PS) and 368 lb-ft (500 Nm) of torque, with power sent to all four wheels via a 10-speed automated transmission. Aside from the Ranger, Ford also offers MS-RT variants of its vans, such as the Transit Custom and Transit Connect.

M-Sport did not fare well in the Ypres Rally, but they have great hopes for next year's event, which will be governed by new laws. The team has previously unveiled the Ford Puma Rally1, which will substitute the Fiesta WRC starting with the 2022 Monte Carlo Rally in January and will have a hybrid powertrain to comply with new rules.
