CNC Engineering AWS and Andy Rose decided to build three Ford Sierra RS500 sports cars. Rose used this car to win two of his four championships in the 1970s and 1980s. All cars will be based on the original Fors Sierra bodies, of which there are plenty on the aftermarket.

However, Ford plans to build a racing-specific body for the first model of the car. Since the late 1980s, it's been meticulously preserved. To keep things simple, all of the vehicles will be painted in classic white. That or a different color palette, but this comes at a higher cost.

CNC Motorsport AWS has all the drawings and data for the fabrication of motorsport-specific parts, as well as a consultant champion. Front and rear suspension struts, sports fuel tank shells, and a sports exhaust system are examples of these.

Later on, the fuel system and roll cage of the new Ford Sierra will be approved. In addition, Andy Rose's name will be displayed in the cabin. The 575-hp Cosworth YB engine will be housed under the hood, while the rear axle will be driven by a five-speed manual transmission.

All cars will come standard with a high-performance limited-slip differential. Alan Strachan, the CEO of CNC Motorsport AWS, has experience manufacturing race cars. Nowadays, he works on the restoration and construction of vintage racing cars.

When it comes to amateur racers' cars, Strachan thinks that Ford Sierra RS500 is the greatest option. It's low-maintenance and low-cost to use. However, it has the speed to compete in the most severe events. But the joy isn't cheap. Each vehicle will cost $185,000 to purchase. Next year, the first model will be completed.
