Ferrari Rewards Workers With €14,400 Bonuses After Record Sales In 2024

Ferrari is on fire, and it's sharing the success with its workers. After delivering a record 13,752 cars in 2024—a slight increase from the previous year—Ferrari’s revenue soared 11.8% to €6.7 billion. As a reward, the company is handing out massive bonuses to its Italian employees.
Ferrari’s CEO, Benedetto Vigna, confirmed that 5,000 Italian workers will receive a hefty €14,400 (about $15,000) as a competitiveness bonus. To put that into perspective, that’s nearly enough to buy a brand-new Fiat Panda in Italy.

It’s also a bump from last year’s €13,500 payout, proving once again that Ferrari takes care of its team when business is booming. And booming it is. Ferrari has enough orders to keep production locked in for the next two years, meaning new customers will have to wait until at least 2027 for delivery. However, that’s not slowing the brand down.
In 2025 and 2026, Ferrari plans to launch six new models—including its first-ever electric car, set to debut on October 9. A Ferrari EV? That might sound like a wild idea, but given the company’s track record, it’s probably going to be spectacular. One thing's for sure—2024 was a great year for Ferrari, and the best might still be ahead.
