Falcon Motorsports Is Listed For Sale At $675,000

The American manufacturer of high-performance, Falcon Motorsports, mainly known for the 2012 Falcon F series, started its automaking adventure in 2009, under the guidance of automotive designer and engineer, Jeff Lemke.  After the successful prototype debut at the North American International Auto Show, in 2010, the Falcon F7, reached the market in 2012.

After listing several projects on the market, Loopnet.com has a sale offer for the Falcon Motorsports including a whole kit and caboodle, along with the fully functional Falcon F7  for $675,000. Imagine that the F7's initial price is $250,000 only. It's an incomplete base model for starting your own business, but all it takes is the investment and a good idea to become a supercar maker.

The sale itself includes the necessary tools, molds, materials along with the trademarks and copywrites, developed logos, trade secrets, engineering data, drawings, and additional "intellectual and/or proprietary information and property" related to the Falcon F7 manufacturing process.

When a decade ago, Falcon F7 was introduced at the Detroit Auto Show, it was a V8-powered supercar star. Its monocoque chassis made from aluminum, carbon fiber, and Kevlar with a mid-engine layout powering the rear wheels. TheF7's 7.0-liter GM LS7 V8 was modified to ensure an output of surprisingly back then 620 horsepower and 813 Newton-meters of torque.

It's no news that a startup would end up failing in growing bigger through the years. History has plenty of these cases, but it doesn't mean that you can't buy a startup and turn into a titan company on the market. Still, Falcon Motorsports made its mark on the automotive industry with its unique and style supercars. So, if you have an idea and money to invest you can start from a different point than zero.
