Toyota is amping up the style and performance offerings on its 2024 Sequoia SUV lineup. Introducing the Nightshade Appearance Package, the Japanese automaker is adding a darker, more menacing look to its full-size SUV.

Nightshade Features

Only available on the mid-range Limited trim, the Nightshade package brings in black mirror caps, a black grille, and 20-inch black-painted wheels, adding a sinister aesthetic to the Sequoia. The package also complements the Tundra pick-up, where it is similarly available.

TRD Off-Road Extended

Toyota is not just about looks; they are also extending the TRD Off-Road package across more trims. Initially available on SR5 and Limited models, the TRD Off-Road package is now also an option for those picking the premium Platinum trim with all-wheel drive. Unlike the style-centric TRD Sport package, the Off-Road trim brings functional upgrades including TRD-tuned springs, aluminum pedals, a Multi-Terrain monitor, and a red starter button.

Engine Updates

Powering the 2024 Sequoia is a new hybrid-assisted twin-turbo V6 engine, pushing out 440 HP and 590 lb-ft of torque. This engine has significantly more power than the phased-out V8, offering an additional 56 HP and 182 lb-ft of torque.
