SEMA 2015 was full of custom made Chevrolets and this Silverado 3500 HD is no exception. This car has more special features than just the American flag and lots of chrome.

Probably the most curious thing about it is that it has been created by Chevrolet in collaboration with the American celebrity - Kid Rock. Well, it was more Kid Rock's song Born Free that inspired the whole concept. Therefore, the car is dedicated to all the hard-working Americans, honoring them.

Kid Rock has visited the Silverado 3500 HD assembling factory and the Chevy Design Studio, where he shared his thoughts on how the car should be. He says that this Silverado 3500HD is all about freedom of people, being one of the coolest things he has ever done.

Silverado 3500 HD runs on 22-inch custom chromed wheels, has a custom chromed grill, chromed exhaust pipes, and tinted windows. The Chevrolet logo is accompanied by Born Free logos, with Kid Rock decals. These features complete the aggressive car image.

The Kid Rock theme is preserved in Silverado's interior, with Sky Cool Gray leather with metallic insertions on the seats and a blacked-out control panel.

Another freedom-like detail of this special Silverado is the pair of Gibbs Sports Quadskis that come along with it, which can transform from a terrain car into a personal ship on the water.

This beauty runs on a 6.6 liters Duramax, turbo-diesel, producing 397 hp, at an impressive torque of 1077 Nm. You could move two Quadskies with that engine, since the trailering capacity reaches 9072 kg and even 10251 kg, with a fifth wheel attached.

Your Front Brakes Do Most of the Work, So Why Did the Rear Pads Wear Out First?

The usual explanation sounds perfectly logical. When a car slows down, its weight moves toward the front. The front tires carry more load, so the front brakes provide more of the stopping force. That
