Chevrolet Corvette C2 To Get Lamborghini Gallardo V10 Engine

A Chevrolet Corvette C2 propelled by a Lamborghini V10, will soon be unleashed on the public. This car was imagined by Indian artist Karan Adivi and will be built by Corruptt Builds, who previously developed a Ford Mustang with a Ferrari F430 motor.

The automobile is scheduled to debut at the SEMA Show in 2023, and it's in the early phases of development. Chevrolet Corvette's bodywork will be extensively reworked, according to renderings provided.

Adivi, for instance, has built a distinctive front bumper with sharp lines and a considerably more powerful look than a conventional Chevrolet Corvette bumper. There's also a set of slim LED headlights. The back of the Corvette, which appears to be a unique split-window model, has also undergone significant alterations. The car will also get a custom LED taillight arrangement and a light bar, which will serve to provide it with a more contemporary appearance. A pair of bronze wheels have also been considered.

The motor is a 5.2-liter naturally aspirated V10 from a 2014 Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4, and while the company has built a Ferrari-powered Mustang before, it claims that building a Lamborghini-powered Chevrolet Corvette will be significantly more challenging. In a video explaining the project, the builder discloses that the engine has been outfitted with the manifold from a Huracan Performante and that it will operate on E85.
