Caternham British Company Was Taken Over By A Japanese Company.

Being one of the obscure sports cars British company on the European market doesn't mean that it can't be overtaken by another company to improve its vision. Focused mostly on retro cars, their last project was named Super Seven 1600 officially revealed a year ago and the loop on the market was the British market-only model policy. 

The problem is that there are people interested in such retro vehicles and outside the UK. Besides, there weren't many Caterham innovative projects on the market, even with the outstanding Seven 620 that brought him popularity. Having the chance to expand internationally might help to improve the company's name and gain more customers.

Recently acquired by VT Holdings, and might open the doors to international deliveries of the cars directly to Japan, importing being their occupations. The news about the overtake was released before the scheduled official statement next Tuesday. Who can blame rumors and leaks of information in the digital era? Now they were forced to announce it officially before schedule. 

VT Holdings is a retailer group that imports cars from companies such as Lotus, Royal Enfield and they have representatives in countries like South Africa, Thailand, and Spain. Having Kazuho Takahashi, the former racer in the Japanese Super GT, JGTC, and Super Taikyu, as their CEO, they know how to promote a sports car to enthusiasts. 

"We have not only purchased a globally renowned performance car manufacturer but become custodians of a motoring legend. We will protect and develop the SEVEN to meet the legislative challenges that lie ahead."
