Bugatti Tourbillon Hybrid Hypercar Already Sold Out At $4M Each

Bugatti has never exactly struggled with demand, but right now the brand is hotter than ever. Design director Frank Heyl told CarBuzz that order books are so full, Bugatti can map out its future years in advance.
“It’s all set,” he said, adding that wrapping up Bolide production and moving into the new Tourbillon will keep the company busy for the next four years. In fact, every single build slot is spoken for until 2029.

That kind of financial stability is a dream scenario for any carmaker. As Heyl put it, when you have that security as a business owner, “it works out very solid.”

It also gives Bugatti the breathing room to dream up whatever comes after the Tourbillon. And considering what that car already brings to the table, the bar is sky-high. The Tourbillon is a hybrid hypercar that marries three electric motors to an 8.4-liter V16 engine for a total of 1,800 horsepower.

That’s enough to launch from zero to 60 mph in just two seconds. Price? Around $4 million to start. Availability? Forget it, unless you were lucky enough to snag a spot early. You’ll have to set a calendar reminder for 2029 to see what Bugatti has in store next.
