Ladies and gentlemen, we present you the "first world-class premium mono volume with 7 seats". This is how the new Serie 2 Grand Tourer was introduced to the world.

Naturally, the new model is slightly longer, with larger rear doors, roofline, and slightly modified rear. On the inside, the car remained almost intact except for the occurrence of the third row of seats. At the same time, baggage storage capacity was increased now reaching 1,905 liters.

The standard version is equipped with the 218i is TwinPower Turbo 1.5-liter engine that develops 136 horsepower and 220 Nm of torque. Thanks to this engine BMW 2 Grand Tourer accelerates from zero to a hundred in 9.5 seconds and can reach a maximum speed of 205 km/h!

For those who want more power and dynamics, there is the 220i version, equipped with a 2.0-liter four-cylinder that generates 192 horsepower and 280 Nm of torque. The acceleration from zero to a hundred is achieved in 7.6 seconds and the maximum speed is up to 223 km/h.

The third model in the range is equipped with a 1.5-liter three-cylinder diesel engine. Named 216d it provides the driver with a modest total of 116 horsepower and a torque of 270 Nm. The 220d is a four-cylinder 2.0-liter engine that generates 150 horsepower and 330 Nm. And finally, the most potent one is the 220d xDrive diesel that delivers 190 hp and 400 Nm of torque! Thanks to the all-wheel-drive and eight-speed transmission, the mono volume can accelerate to the first hundred in just 7.6 seconds and reaches a top speed of 218 km/h!
