BMW M5 Nighthawk – Special Edition for Japan!

BMW M5 Nighthawk is a special edition of the Bavarian super-sedan. The Individual Frozen Black Matt colour that covers the whole chassis and represents a wholly distinctive feature, gives the Bavarian sedan a more aggressive look. In order to enhance its aggressiveness, the manufacturer proposes a set of 20-inch wheels whose design with five pairs of ribs exposes the yellow calipers and the ventilated discs.
The two-tone interior of the newest M5 is elegantly appointed by the Merino black leather, which covers the upper part of the dashboard and the Sakiru orange leather upholstery, present on the inner sides of the seats and doors.
As regards the technical part, the limited edition benefits from the Competition Package that increases the V8 bi-turbo engine power from 552 hp to 567 hp, resulting in a sprint of only 4.2 seconds from 0 to 100 kmph, with 0.1 seconds faster than the standard M5 model. The package includes also a sports suspension system, an improved Active M Differential and a more efficient chassis control system.
BMW M5 Nighthawk will have a retail price of 141,400 Euros, the orders are scheduled to begin in August, and the deliveries in October 2013.
