Audi TT achieved only four stars in Euro NCAP!

The third-generation coupe from Ingolstadt, Audi TT, fell in the hands of experts from Euro NCAP. How well did it do and why did it score a score of only 4 stars?
Well, the explanation is much simpler than you imagine. Some time ago, Euro NCAP management decided to introduce new standards and protocols for vehicle safety. Thus some safety systems, featured on some models, have come to be regarded as mandatory for 2015!
Moreover, they "invented" new types of crash tests including one in which a female mannequin and a "child" are seated in the rear seats. Even the mannequins have been replaced with high precision newer models.
So even if the new Audi TT Coupe is built on the latest technologies and standards, it achieved only 4-star Euro NCAP rating and the main cause is the lack of automatic braking system!
