Audi launches the new A6 L e-tron, exclusively for the Chinese market!

Designed and developed entirely for Chinese customers, the new Audi A6 L e-Tron is an absolutely unique model. And that's because it comes with more interior space, thanks to a bigger wheelbase, but also because it adopts the plug-in hybrid technology.

This premium sedan packs a 2.0-liter volume TFSI gasoline engine which is accompanied by an electric motor. While the internal combustion engine develops 208 horsepower and 350 Nm of torque, the electric unit adds another 122 horsepower and 220 Nm. And if we add up the figures, the result will impress you. However, the Germans declared a total of only 241 horsepower and 500 Nm of torque.

Weighing less than 2,000 kilograms, the new Audi A6 L e-Tron can accelerate to 100 km/h in 8.4 seconds and the top speed is capped at 210 km/h. If opting for the full-electric mode the speed will not exceed135 km/h. But not the engine performance or acceleration of the new model are the main advantages, it's fuel consumption.

A6 promises a fuel consumption of only 2.2L/100km achieved in mixed mode, while carbon emissions do not exceed 52g/km. Equally impressive is the car's autonomy in a fully electric mode that allows you to travel up to 880 km!
