Just around the corner comes an upgrade for the Audi e-tron GT, which made its debut in 2021. Audi showcased a prototype prior to the public unveiling of the revised model. There is no camouflage on the official images of the Audi e-tron GT prototype. However, we cannot help but admire the exquisite livery.

From a distance, the new 2025 Audi e-tron GT seems identical to the existing RS e-tron GT, but a closer inspection shows several upgrades. New intakes and a modified grille cover adorn the front bumper, while a reworked diffuser makes a statement at the rear.

Last but not least, the 2025 Audi e-tron GT now has a fresh set of black aero-optimized alloy wheels. Sadly, the manufacturer didn't divulge much about the mechanical and technical enhancements.

The 2025 Audi e-tron GT specs will mirror those of the upgraded Porsche Taycan, with the exception of a higher maximum charging capacity of 320 kWh rather than 270 kWh. This should allow for quicker charging times. Upgrading from the current 93.4 kWh unit to the more powerful 105 kWh battery pack could be available for certain trim levels. This would provide them with much more range.

Moreover, in the revamped range is a new RS Performance flagship that will surpass the 637 horsepower of the previous RS e-tron GT but fall short of the 939 horsepower of the latest Porsche Taycan Turbo S. Revolutionary hydraulic actuators dynamic suspension system, reminiscent of Porsche's dynamic Ride, is another standout feature. Because of this, Audi can push the electric model's comfort-driving characteristics to the next level.

According to Jaan Mattes Reiling, the Technical Project Manager of the Audi e-tron GT, "the improved suspension system introduces new adjustment capabilities for the driver," suggesting a broader range of driving modes and configuration options. Though we may anticipate the new e-tron GT family to make its appearance in the near future, Audi has not yet confirmed a specific date.
