Aston Martin DBX will become the best-sold car made by the British automaker since it already registered up to 55 percent of the sales in the first quarter of this year, and the aftermath shows an increase by 150 percent of all Aston Martin's sales. Moreover, Aston Martin's decision to return to Formula 1 had its positive impact outside the UK. Since the pandemic let its print on each industry limiting the public events and the fast-producing process of the vehicles.

A new expansion plan was the best move and it is known as "Project Horizon," in which by the end of 2023 we will have more than 10 different models, some of them even electrified cars. For a smooth transition to electrified cars, the British automaker will release a series of plug-in hybrid, while the all-electric cars that feature flexible skateboard-style architecture supporting different body styles.

The brand’s first electric sports car is expected in 2025 – competing on the market with Ferrari’s first-ever electric Prancing Horse. The electric version of the DBX should be launched at the same time along with Valhalla and Vanquish models as part of the technical partnership between Aston Martin and AMG. These models will be powered by the mid-engine AMG-sourced hybrid powertrains according to Moers.

“Within the next 18 months, the DB11, Vantage, and DBS Superleggera will get a facelift with new infotainment tech and so many other new things,” said Moers. This way, the mild-hybrid version of the DBX is expected to launch in September with a straight-six engine, while by April 2022 we should have a much powerful V8 variant. Aston Martin also confirmed rumors of possible variants of the DB11 and Vantage following the launch of the track-focused Vantage F1 Edition earlier this year. So far, the plans are promising. Al it takes is a little bit of patience.
