Aston Martin V12 Vanquish Marks Its 20th Birthday

Aston Martin V12 Vanquish was the most technically sophisticated vehicle that Aston Martin had ever produced when it was released.They are now commemorating their achievement with a glance back at the car's lifetime, 20 years later.

With its unique design, 6.0-liter V12 motor, and F1-inspired paddle-shift transmission, the classic Aston Martin V12 Vanquish was unveiled at the 2001 Geneva Motor Show.

However, the car was first developed as a concept called "Project Vantage" in the 1990s before being released to the public. Although it's difficult to imagine now, the car had 460 hp (343 kW).

Following the V12 Vanquish was the V12 Vanquish S, a more powerful version of the automobile that was Aston's quickest ever production car. Aston Martin V12 Vanquish range lasted until 2018, bringing an end to a unique automobile from a remarkable manufacturer.
