A Cheaper Version Of Gordon Murray's Yet-To-Be-Born Sports Car Is On The Way

Gordon Murray Automotive's new T.50 supercar will be followed by a cheaper, smaller, and less powerful counterpart, which will be led by the same designer who supported the original McLaren F1 supercar. The T.50's sibling will most likely be called T.33.
The T.50 is seen here, but envision it on a smaller scale. Gordon Murray Automotive is reportedly already selling T.33s to people who have made a reservation. The T.33 will be less expensive than the T.50, but it will be rare and expensive. The production may be restricted to approximately 100 units, according to reports.
The T.33 is said to be based on the T.50's architecture, with a detuned variant of the T.50's naturally aspirated 3.9-liter V-12 motor. Gordon Murray Automotive is also said to be cutting the T.50's mild-hybrid electric aid, as well as one of its seats (reducing the T.33 to a two-seater) and the underbody fan configuration that basically pulls the car to the asphalt for better grip, to keep the price down.
Given that the T.55 hasn't been released yet, consumers should expect to receive the T.33 at the latest in 2023, if not later.
