2023 Land Rover Defender Trophy Edition: A Bold Adventure Beckons

The 2023 Land Rover Defender Trophy Edition is sure to catch second glances with its unique design and special features. Based on the Defender 130 P400 SE, this special edition sports a matte Black Santorini exterior, highlighted by a Trophy Edition wrap, and a turbocharged 3.0-liter inline-six engine with mild-hybrid technology and an electric supercharger, pumping out 400 HP and 410 lb-ft of torque.

Land Rover has crafted 220 editions of this Defender Trophy, earmarked for the United States, at a $103,000 price point, and an additional 10 units for Canada.

The special edition is rich with features including Defender Trophy badging, an exterior black pack, an expedition roof rack with a deployable ladder, and more. Add-ons like a Pelican roof box, mud flaps, wheel arch protection, and a winch enhance its rugged appeal.

While interior images are still under wraps, the Defender Trophy edition is known to boast leather seats and special badging, possibly a rubberized mat in the cargo area, and a Cold Climate Pack system.

Off-road enthusiasts will love the Off-Road package, with black roof rails, all-terrain tires, and an electronic active differential. The Advanced Off-Road Capability Pack further augments its prowess with All-Terrain Progress Control, Terrain Response 2, and Configurable Terrain Response.
